Our owner is Douglas R. Kvachkoff, an attorney who has been dedicated to real estate law since 1984. He and his wife Patty are the parents of nine children. Doug prides himself on family values, both at work and at home.

The experience he has in real estate law enables him to determine what can and can't be done on each and every file. He is able to clear title problems in hours, which may take days for other title companies. He is also one of our closing officers. His door is always open to clients with questions or concerns including but not limited to title (DOUG@INDIANATITLENETWORK.COM).

Patty Kvachkoff is the wife of Doug and is in our accounts payable department.

Ericka Alexandris is a closing officer who has many years experience in the title industry and also holds her own real estate brokers license. So she knows the business from every aspect of it (CP@INDIANATITLENETWORK.COM).

Donna Dyer is in our typing department and does the preparation of commitments and is also one of our closing officers (DONNA@INDIANATITLENETWORK.COM).

Christine Mendoza is Doug's legal assistant and has been with us for ten years (CHRIS@INDIANATITLENETWORK.COM).

Jolene Kratochvil is our receptionist and does our recording at the court house and prepares our final policies.

Melissa Brummet is our Title Examiner Manager. She has been in our search and examine department for eight years (MISSY@INDIANATITLENETWORK.COM).

Lindsey Moore is in our search and examine department and has been with us for four years (LINDSEY@INDIANATITLENETWORK.COM).

Amy Cummins is also in search and examine and has been with us for three years (SEARCH@INDIANATITLENETWORK.COM).

Cindy Watson is our Account Representative and takes care of sales and marketing. She has ten years experience in real estate sales and Title (SALES@INDIANATITLENETWORK.COM).

Kevin Thomas is our paper shredder who comes to us from In-Pact Inc., an organization located here in Crown Point dedicated to creating lifestyles for people with disabilities. Kevin is a hard worker and always has a smile for everyone and is a real sports enthusiast!
